FAQs:
What if we don’t cover something I wanted to know?
We recommend that you show up with a list of questions. Once you’re here, it is easy to forget some of the things you wanted to make sure you nailed down. That list will help to make sure you have all of your questions answered. If you think of a question later, we welcome you to give us a call and get the answer!
Do you offer any kind of support after training?
We welcome all trainees to call or email with any questions. We want each person to succeed and we are more than willing to answer questions as they arise.
Do you have enough equipment for everyone in the training?
We have ample equipment! Further, we’ve designed the courses so that you are not standing around waiting. You will be busy each training day…so wear comfy shoes and clothes because you’ll be working the entire time.
Do I have to bring a spray gun?
No. We have plenty of spray guns. However, if you’d like to bring your own, it is a good idea because you are working with the spray gun you’ll be using at your shop. We can help you dial in any setting that you may need.
I don’t have a way to prep my guns before coming. What should I do?
If you don’t have the ability to prep your firearms (this pertains to the Turnkey Cerakote Course only), we recommend that you ship your projects or drop them off prior to the first day of training so that we can have time to degrease them and gas them out for you. This will save some training time for you. Please have your things broken down before coming; you don’t want to waste time!
If you have the ability to sandblast your projects prior to dropping them off or mailing them, please do. Sandblast your parts with either 100 grit red garnet or 100 grit aluminum oxide. If you come to town early and want to sandblast your parts the day before training, contact us to set up a time.
What if I’m flying and can’t bring my guns on my flight?
You’re more than welcome to mail your projects before training. We can ship them back to you for the cost of return shipping. If your projects don’t get completely done by the end of training, we’ll be happy to box them up and ship them.
What is the nearest airport?
If you’re flying in, the nearest airport is the Branson Springfield Airport. The airport is about a 50-minute drive to Branson.
What hotels do you recommend?
Branson is a busy tourist town, so we try and steer you away from the tourist traffic. There is one hotel right down the street from the shop, Angler’s Lodge (https://bassproanglerslodge.com). Another hotel that we’ve heard good feedback is Hampton Inn at Branson Hills (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/plkbhhx-hampton-branson-branson-hills). There is no shortage of nice places to stay in the area!
What if I need to cancel?
As far as refunds, up to six weeks prior to your training dates, you have the choice to either reschedule or have a full refund. Two to six weeks from your training date, we are happy to either reschedule or give 1/2 of your fee back. If it is less than two weeks from your training date we’d be happy to reschedule your training class, but are unable to offer a refund.
