Branson Cerakote and Laser makes transferring your new or used firearm as simple as possible.

Simply fill out the online form below and we will send the necessary paperwork to your vendor.

Once your firearm has arrived at our shop, we will contact you to come fill out the necessary paperwork. You’ll need to have a government-issued picture I.D. with a current address. If the picture I.D. does not show the current address, supplemental government-issued documentation can be used to show the new address along with the picture I.D.

Purchasing your suppressor through Silencer Shop?

There is no fee to use the kiosk nor any transfer fees when purchased through Silencer Shop (click here). 

1. You will need to download the Silencer Shop app and set up an account. After setting up your app account, go to silencershop.com and purchase your suppressor.

2.  After you purchase your suppressor on Silencershop.com, you will receive an email with a kiosk code. 

3. While you are waiting to receive a kiosk code (while rare, this could take up to a week), you will need to set up an account with ATF eFile (click here). That account will give you your login and password. You will also need to go to your account preferences and set up a four-digit PIN. 

4. Once you receive the kiosk code from Silencer Shop, come into our shop anytime during business hours and use our kiosk to complete your tax stamp paperwork.  

5. Approximately 7-10 days later, you will need to “certify”. In order to certify, you will have to be physically logged onto a computer (not a cell phone nor tablet). Once we begin the certification, you will receive an email at the email address that you used to set up your ATF account. You will click the link, which will allow you to join the certification session. You will need your ATF eFile login and PIN.

6. After certification is complete, you are now in the waiting period. Please understand that we do not have any access to your tax stamp information and cannot give you any updates. You will eventually receive an email that states that your application status has changed from “Pending” to “Approved”.

7. Once approved, please contact us to complete the transfer of your suppressor.

Purchasing your suppressor through any other company?

There is a $75 fee to use the Silencer Shop kiosk and a $45 transfer fee. You will also be responsible for the $250 tax stamp and processing fee. These fees must be paid prior to using our kiosk.

1. After your purchase of a suppressor, download the Silencer Shop app and set up an account. This will allow you to receive a kiosk code.

3. Once you receive the kiosk code from Silencer Shop and have been notified by us that we have received your suppressor and entered into our inventory, you can come into our shop anytime during business hours and use our kiosk to complete your tax stamp paperwork.

Once we begin the certification, you will receive an email at the email address that you used to set up your ATF account. PLEASE NOTE: IT IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW FOR US TO TRANSFER A FIREARM TO ANYONE WHO IS IMPAIRED. ANYONE WHO SHOWS UP EITHER VISIBLY IMPAIRED OR WITH THE ODOR OF ALCOHOL OR MARIJUANA WILL BE DENIED TRANSFER OF THEIR FIREARM. EVEN THOUGH MARIJUANA IS LEGAL IN THE STATE OF MISSOURI, IT IS STILL FEDERALLY ILLEGAL.
