We’ve been training Cerakote application since 2018 and give the best possible training available.
Description
The Cerakote Showdown
We are producing a competition show where two trainees compete against each other, much like the Beat Bobby Flay competition. Each participant (two total) will finish our turnkey training course over three days. On the fourth day, each trainee will have a trainer assigned to them and they will compete against one another on a Cerakote project.
Ten training sessions will be offered, and the series will be uploaded to YouTube this autumn. There are several prizes, including guns, and the grand prize is a large Light Armor Ovens’ powder coat oven.
The three-day turnkey Cerakote course is ideal for you if you’re searching for an efficient and thorough training program that will guarantee you’re obtaining all you need to sharpen your skills. One-on-one teaching is provided during these three days to make sure you acquire all the knowledge and abilities required to start providing services with accuracy and confidence right away.
The goal of this training is to enable you to launch your business with confidence. You can be certain that you will have all the resources and expertise required for success after completing this extended course. Additionally, since it’s one-on-one, you can ask any questions you need to in order to feel secure in your new venture.
The fourth day is a bonus and sure to be FUN. We will supply the firearms for the competition. Because we are filming this, there are a few stipulations:
- Dates are only booked through email.
- You must be an Applicator Hangout member prior to booking and be a member at the time of class.
- There are no refunds or reschedules if you cancel.

What to bring:
You should bring one long gun and one pistol, or the equivalent. We provide the equipment and materials needed to complete your projects. Your firearms will need to be fully disassembled prior to training. If you have the ability to degrease and sandblast, this will save time during your training.
We recommend bringing your own HVLP spray gun in order to work with the gun you’ll be using in your own shop. If you do not have one, no worries…we have plenty.
